Message | To clarify this law, sexually explicit material is made illegal in section 1, and so I believe this makes the clause appearing in section two invalid which says that sexually explicit material may be shown at certain hours. We have worked however to ensure that nudity which is not explicitly sexual still be allowed, as we do not want this bill to be a bill of censorship, but instead a motion for greater decency. The people of Lodamun do not need pornography on their airwaves. |
