The following bill proposes to introduce changes to the current law system regarding governmental policy on forest protection.

We couldn't help but notice a minor incoherence in current legislation; the forest belongs to the national company, which is in charge of any activities within the forest. To keep up with the current forestry-regulating laws we suggest to consider the introduction of special licenses. This could bring benefits to the state.

We advise to grant the organization the power to give away licenses to private companies; the right to obtain license should be based on a contract competition.
