MessageWould this just compromise the one power the President has. I guess it would leave the ultimate decision up to the TNP though to let the bill happen. The TNP could deny the majority, it would be the President's constitutional right, like a veto. But the bill has to pass first, I'm getting ahead of myself.

MessageWe will support this bill; however, President Jones does not have to do this per the constitution.

MessageMr Woodson has more chance in knitting fog, the TNP has tried such motions under a RP presidency and they rejected it so to think we will accept this is really a complete and utter joke. So putting this forward will be a waste of everyone's time.

Margaret Jones,
Telamon President.

MessagePlease Mr Woodson, how many times have you liberals proposed a cabinet when we were in majority and you had the presidential position? I'll tell you: never. We have always urged for you to do that, which occurred several times but you never even thought of that. Don't be sore losers now.

MessageTo address the concerns that this act would violate the President's right to propose a cabinet: Should this bill pass, it would be an official demand of Parliament, but the President would not be bound by law to propose such a cabinet.

Secondly, to address the point made by President Jones, it should be noted that the only two cabinet acts ever put to vote by the TNP were both defeated. Why should the President even have considered proposing such cabinets? Don't take my word for it though, good members of Parliament, examine the resolutions for yourselves.

Cabinet Act 2 of 2615

Thirdly, to address the point of the RRP, this is not what we consider being a "sore loser." If we accused the conservatives of foul play or dirty tactics, that would be acting as a "sore loser." Expressing ourselves through a Democratic forum however, should be viewed as exactly the opposite of that, would you not agree Mr. Barna?

This resolution will now be put to vote as President Jones has once again failed to form a new government.
