This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the Nationalist Party
Article 5
The responsibilites of Trade and Industry will be conducted by the Conservative Party of Aloria

| Message | We already have a new cabinet, and we'd like to continue the social program we proposed. We think at this time, the MLP would not help us with that... Besides, the Conservative Party (no offense though) has 0 seats. We think they'll have to wait until they have some seats and really can be part of the competition. Their voting plays no role at this time. |
