Bill: Labor Barganing Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Holy Eliyahu Confession

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2637

Description[?]:

Recently the laws of Lodamun have changed so that unions and employers must negotiate work contracts, rather than agreements being set by the government. We believe that to allow sympathy strikes to unduly affect these sensitive negotiations will be a matter of great harm to this nation.

MessageIs it fair for a union to use other unions to strengthen their bargaining position? Corporations do not have the power to do something like this, to let unions do it makes the negotiations inherently unbalanced.
