| Message | If it did'nt mean essentially being barred form the cabinet it would be interesting to see how not having proportion laws would make things. I'm actually betting it would'nt change things since you need more then half the legislature, and it's pretty hard to do that with less then four parties agreeing. Oh well, this system has made us one of the most stable nations, so I suppose no reason to change things. |
