This situation is untenable.
If new elections are not called and a cabinet is not put together by January 1 2639, We and our Reformed Conservative allies will resign from our offices in the cabinet, bringing all aspects of the federal government to a halt. We do this in order to force leadership on the President and his party. |

OOC: As you know, there is something called Deputy Ministers, those are the people who take over when the Minister resigns until a new Minister is appointed. There is no argument of whether or not that happens or exists. |

The URP would vote for such a cabinet even if excluded from it. I also believe the opposition would agree to this. Otherwise I suggest the President step aside and endorse the call for new elections. |

Deputy Ministers can be from a different party than the Minister. For example, I had the Progress Party (an ally of mine), as Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister. His job was to help me with Foreign Affairs and take over whenever I needed him to. We have had several Acting Ministers, in fact, once we had almost the entire cabinet with Acting Ministers except Foreign Affairs and Defense, which were controlled by myself. |
