Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.

| Message | About pensions, if somebody wants to pay more for something he already has, why forcing him into acceptance? About the National Space Agency, can we really spend so much for something that our workers do not enjoy. The Current system at least give as boost into High Tech sector. Article 2 might be fine to me (OOC: But I would wait until Economy is implemented, before increasing our spending) Article 1: Can a government, any government, work as a capitalist and own worker's factories? That's against socialism, that's state capitalism, that's bourgeois. |

| Message | Private pensions are an opportunity for the better-off to exploit their priviledge, much as with private healthcare. Better to have a state pension sufficient for all. Point taken on the space agency. (OOC: So is it taken that, with WDCs, "private" is democratic and "state" is not? Surely state-owned industry is also run by soviets, and the choice is between market or state allocation of resources to the industry?) |

| Message | OOC: Yeah, WDC are to be private. If the WDC runs something they don't own, they are just given a slightly more comfortable manacles. LIMITED AND REGULATED Private Pensions and Private healthcare is just a good way to have an efficient service, we all know that a complete central planning system not only does not work but it's also against the freedom of the workers. Why Small clinics and small investment funds owned and ruled by cooperatives and WDC should not be allowed? |

| Message | Article 1: I disagree with the proposal. State-owned industry is likely to be run by soviets, but not owned by them. Workers in state industries are still employees of the state. WDCs are the best option because they are run and owned by the workers. Article 2: Seems reasonable. Article 3: This would get rid of mutual trust funds and things along those lines. Not for me. |
