MessageOOC: Isn't that what the 1st world nations in the RW are doing now? It kinda hurts the Economy of the reciving country cause they hafta buy stuff from you and only you. Thus weakening their economy cause their not making the products them selves or at a price they can't afford.

MessageOOC: Yeah pretty much. That said, I dont think there's many nations in PT that would be considered 3rd world. Its more like one big group of fairly evenly matched economic and military powers.
