MessageI have offered a humanitarian aid package to Alduria and Rildanor and they have accepted. I am still waiting for a response from the President on whether or not he will authorize it. While I admire the URP's intentions, I encourage all parties to wait for the President and his decision. Military aid is not an issue right now and is not been considered at the moment. If the President feels the need to authorize military aid, I will personally consult it with the Senate but it has been clearly expressed by myself that the packaged we have offered is not a military aid one and that is well understood by Alduria and Rildanor.

MessageThe President does have that power. This is not military aid. As the Chief Executive, he/she decides where and to whom we send humanitarian help. Even if the Senate passed this bill, the President can still say no, and no aid is sent.

MessageThe President has agreed to send humanitarian aid to the people of Alduria and Rildanor. As soon as we can reach an agreement with the sides at conflict, we will dispatch our aid package. I will like to make this clear: If no guarantees are giving to us that our humanitarian staff will protected and no danger is present for them, I will not approve of sending any humanitarian aid. I will keep you updated on the situation.

MessageThe President does not have the authority to allocate money without approval of the Senate. However, I'm glad to see he accepts this principle even if the Foreign Minister remains unaware of basic constitutional principles.

MessageWhen money is allocated to Foreign Affairs, the President and the Foreign Affairs Minister decide how that money is spent. The same for the rest of the Ministries. And who told you that we will be sending money? We are not sending money, we are sending vital goods such as food, clothing, medicine, etc.

MessageThe legislature allocates money - not the ministries. The ministries merely oversee and administer the departments.

MessageThe legislature allocates money, yes, but how that money is used is up to the Ministries to decide. Hence, the title of Executive Branch.
