| In order to ensure the unique identity of Likatonia, in a world of other politicians... and in order to show the representative and democratic understanding of government in Likatonia - the AAP (once again) suggests that we Likatonians take courage in both hands, and set the tone of Likatonian administration - with new official titles for the offices of Head of State and Head of Government. The AAP suggests "First Advocate" for the Head of Government seat, and "Emissary" for the Head of State seat. |

| Message | Response to the EEP: Our Head of State is a 'missionary', if you like, for our nation. He is a representative of our nation, to other nations, and in that capacity, he can definitely be described as an 'emissary'... perhaps as an 'Emissary of good will", for example. The title is intended to be not too pretentious, to not elevate the 'rank' to something that sounds 'better' than his fellow man, and to show that his role is as an ambassador. Similarly, the "First Advocate" position started out as the "Advocate" position, and is a little of a compromise. The idea is to make the role of the (as was, Consul) Advocate, into a position of representing the people of Likatonia, rather than somehow 'lording over' them. The Head of Government should be a representative of the people... both TO the people, and to the outside world. |
