This bill requires that any enemy combatant captured during wartime and is taken prisoner, be treated humanely according to international standards. The prisoner must be fed, receive adequate medical care, and be free from any torture or other inhumane acts while in captivity. |

Message | I believe it's mainly laid out in the Human Rights Treaty regarding inhumane treatment.But thats a good point though, we need a seperate treaty that pertains to wartime only. |
