Message"RDF will vote for, because this bill needs two- third majority to pass, but only because of this reason. We are not convinced and we have not yet received any guarantees from Foreign Minister that the other side will accept the same. We can here in Rutania vote for thousand bills for friendship or at least peaceful relations with Beluzia, but if they do not accept it, our effort is for nothing!"
