| Message | As a compromise we suggest this bill be accompanied by provisions for strict government safety regulations for the network to be handled by private corporations along with a strict government tendering process to decide who can maintain and own sections of the grid. We should also reserve the right to repurchase areas of the grid that are undermaintained along with the right to resell from under these corporations should they fail us. |

| Message | We do not support this reform, the power grid is main artery for the circulation of energy supply in our country, therefore instead of selling parts of our grid to private companies what we need to do is invest in new technology creating a better system to report and fix a failure that would result to a blackout. It will be unfair to the citizens of Rutania that will have to pay high energy prices, espicially to familes with low income. Strict government regulations won't work, the private companies own the grid, they can do whatever they want, they won't follow your regulations. | Message | "Why should the government waste public funds on researching technologies that private initiative can easily come up with in anycase. The waste of public funds for such an enterprise is amongst some of the most evil things a government can do. Furthermore, private companies have to think about their customers should they continue to have growing profit margins and due to this fact they must always ensure the highest amount of care and customer service, along with the best quality in the provision of their services. In addition, private ownership does not necessarily negate the need for regulation, where there is private ownership the government can still regulate the service as provided in such bills regulation price for a totally privatised communications system. And also, the threat of government intervention into the market should they fail their customers on a broad scale should be enough to provide for the best possible services as well." |
