It is with great humility that I ask you to appoint my Vice President, Sen. Thomas J. Whitmore, current Minister of Foreign Affairs. http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Thomas_J._Whitmore I also ask you at this great time, by acclamation, whether we call early elections following this sad occasion or whether we stay bound to the Constitution.
