If an individual is broke from buying too much cannabis, they may decide to freely phone a friend to borrow some money for more pot, and a quantity of fireworks if the district allows. My party strongly believes this to be a viable method of entertainment for our citizens. Furthermore, future luxury taxes could generate additional revenue with natural drug sales. |
