| Minister of Tourism, I must inform you that the North Seleyan Football Association plans to resume activity in 2645. As Tourism Minister please prepare a team for North Seleyan play, make facilities available for home games, and ensure the safety of all guests and participants. If Kalistan is unable to fufill its obligations under the provisions of the NSFA Treaty please contact me at once. Currently five nations in North Seleya participate. If your nation wishes to play a North Seleyan state who has not adopted the treaty or a non-North Seleyan state who has adopted the treaty in exhibition play before the tournament; please make arrangements and have responsible parties from both nations message me to confirm. I also encourage rivalries between North Seleyan teams. The NSFA allows each nation to have up to two rivals with optional rivalry trophies.
