Message | I oppose this bill, but agree that constitutional reform is necessary. If this bill was combined with a measure reducing proposals to 4 per year per party and restructuring the executive branch to weaken the president and put the true executive power in the hands of a Prime Minister, I would support expanding the number of seats in the Senate. I will post a bill outlining my proposal and urge negotiations between all Lodamese parties on the issue. |
