| This Bill aims to bring about a restoration of the Federal Republic of Jelbania. Jelbania shall revert to a Republic, as it was for hundreds of years before the Kennedy Imperial Dynasty arrived on these shores. Jelbania shall become a fully-fledged Republic, in which her five provinces are represented as equal entities. Jelbania shall no longer be known as the Imperial Kennedy Dynasty of Jelbania, there shall no longer be an Imperial Dynasty and therefore Steven Kennedy will no longer be Emperor, he shall become an ordinary Jelbanian citizen, with the same rights and repsonsibilities as all other Jelbanian citizens. We propose changes that will revert the names of the nation, the Head of State, the Head of Government and the legislative assembly to their traditional Republican versions. Furthermore we also propose that the ancestral Jelbék language is given recognition as one of the two official languages in Jelbania, along with French. Therefore Jelbék equivalents are also proposed for the names of titles within the constitution.
