| In order to guarantee respect from all pupils whilst at school, and to increase further the ability to control troublesome elements within the scholastic environment, teachers will be allowed to discipline pupils should they be deemed unruly. Direct discipline of pupils by teaching staff will be set by the school within government set guidelines so as to guarantee that said discipline is used sparingly and only where necessary and not to be used to routinely 'beat' pupils (guidelines set out as below). Furthermore, in order to improve the ability of teachers to control pupils, whilst also increasing education levels, each teacher will be supported by a teaching assistant allowing the teacher to concentrate on teaching and allowing pupils easier access to teaching staff. Guidelines for discipline: - No breaking of or damage to pupils skin is permitted during discipline; - No mental or physical 'torture' may be employed by any member of staff against a pupil. |

| Message | The current legislature includes the proposals of your bill; plus the one you suggest to use is just going to introduce an additional limitation; to us it also sounds illogical that you favoring centralization and unitarian policies; not welcoming decentralization of laws.. suggest to let each school and educating institution to has their own sets of rules. |
