| Our neighbors to the north,south,east, and west all have laws in effect that allow them to develop,store,and construct nuclear,chemical and biological weaponry. By us not allowing our military to develop these things we are putting our nation in danger of being unprepared if --god forbid-- we were ever to go to war or have some type of conflict with these nations.
