| On passing with a majority and the support of all the ministers concerned this bill will authorise the deployment of 1 Million Trigunian troops to Hutori in order to 'protect' our military installation in Adelia. In effect, this is a declaration of war on the Hutori state. This bill delegates to the Trigunian Unionist Party the right to increase or decrease troop numbers, but the power to cancel the deployment remains with the Sovet Gospod. |
