Voting deadline: February 2648

Description[?]:

Religious schools should undergo the same regulations as normal schools, and not be subjected to prejudiced regulations which restrict them more than other public schools. With this bill we propose that religious schools be subjected only to the same regulations which all schools are subject to.

MessageIt depends on what "regulation" means. We agree there should be no _extra_ regulation(s) placed upon religious schools, which the usage of "strictly" would seem to imply. At the same time, "no regulation" seems to imply a very loose leash given to religious schools. It seems to be a dilemma of legal wording, more than anything.

MessageThe text of this law should make it clear that what is being proposed is "no extra" regulation (ie, no sever regulation). Normal regulations still apply.
