MessageUnbelievable. The ‘Emperor’ loves ‘his’ people so much, that rather than using democracy and asking for their consent to govern, he proposes that instead tens of thousands should needlessly die, just so that his disgusting family can hold onto their vast wealth and pursue a foreign policy that serves their interests rather than that of the people. Well, we are for the Republic, and we call upon all those who hate the Kennedy's and love democracy to rally to our cause.

Ooc: A civil war would indeed be interesting, however we need to establish some rules before we start.

I don’t think it would really be wise to start a conflict at the moment, due to the weakness of the IJ. Although the armed forces would obviously split into two factions, currently the electorate are overwhelmingly on one side. Therefore I propose that before a conflict breaks out we should perhaps wait until the next set of elections. This gives time for the IJ to rebuild itself, and would give the IJ and the JKK time to establish its militia forces, import arms, raise finances etc

Then at the next election, we can decide, based upon results, what type of war will occur. If the two sides become close in numbers, then an all out civil war should be RP’d. If the republicans continue to dominate, then the IJ should start a low level guerrilla war. If the IJ become dominant, then the JKK will start a low level guerrilla war.

However, given the current situation, war would be difficult to RP, as, unless the armed forces split, the IJ have nothing to fight with, other than their party militia’s, which would have to be raised, trained and equipped before they could hope to take on the army.

Please can we debate this before starting a conflict on the forums, and I would like it very much if the CRP could get in contact with the JKK so that we can arrange some sensible framework for this conflict to occur in.

MessageRightyo. We can both RP before then though, might be wise to approach foreign nations for, erhem, "aid".

MessageWe unequivacably reject Article 4 and state concerning Article 2 that all colonial possessions should be ruled by the proletariat.

Besides these reservations, we vote to support and fight for the Kennedy Monarchy. We will wait for the next elections before engaging in war RP'ing.
