| While the NFSA is an independent body, we ask that any decisions made regarding changes in the way the tournament is played, that being: inclusion into the FIFA Tournament or any other international organization be submitted to this legislative body, not for approval, but for informational purposes. The changes in question shall be submitted to a vote in order to determine the opinion of this body. The decision shall not, under any circumstance, be binding but it will reflect the opinion of this body. |
