| We hereby nationalize the NSCL. It will continue to perform its duties as before but it will know be under the direction of the government and citizens of Lodamun. Its director shall be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate (this clause does not apply to the current director). It shall receive partial funding through the Ministry of Education and Culture in the amount of 35 million LOD per year. The rest of the funding will be raised thorugh the same methods used by the company in the present. If more funding is needed, it shall be requested to the President. |
