With the retraction of nuclear and biochemical defenses legislated, it is imperative now that we fortify our military membership by requiring every man of age, being that he does not have more pressing obligations, must serve for four years, whether by training for military combat itself or contributing to the advent of technology that might be used to improve national security. |
