Message | It is a devolution to local niveau. A confederal - commonwealth government, has nothing to do with eminent domain policy. Only local governments can decide what's best for them - if government can do some infrastructural works, seizing private property. RDF reminds PCP that all victims of eminent domain can receive very just compensation. Pivate property has to be respected, but cannot be a burden or a limit to future important development projects. We just want more power to local governments and local voters. |
