MessageHave you looked at our laws?

No torture.....because they would be considered low income, they would have free access to lawyers and health, and technically education as well.

You just don't know our laws well.

The most they'd have to worry about is the death penalty........ooooooooooooooooh.

RP, you just have no idea what your talking about. This proposal is retarded.

MessageYou generally don't give POW's lawyers. They are interned until the conflict is over, or until an exchange of prisoners is agreed upon. You cannot arbitrarily execute a POW, as that leaves our own soldiers open for retaliatory actions. I have a very good idea of what I am talking about, having studied military history, but you won't believe that, since I can't prove it online.

Messagewait, why the hell would a POW need a lawyer? Its no crime to be a soldier, and if they did go to court, what are they trying to prove? Whether or not they are actually soldiers? Conservitives, you dont know much at all do you.

MessageI will in fact support this. although i belive the current law is ok as a present laws are far better than many other nations, this will protect POWs should any future government attempt to change are national laws in a manner that would adversely affect POWs.
