Description[?]:
This bill seeks to improve Malivian society on three fronts. First it begins the process of lowering the retirement age. While workers can stay on beyond that point if they so choose, we believe that those older than 50 have earned the right to enjoy themselves, rather than work. This will free up more jobs for younger workers as well. We thus honor multiple generations. This bill will be the first in a series of bills meant to lower the retirement age. We do not want to change the age too rapidly, in order to help people have time to adjust. Second it helps our older citizens be able to afford more luxuries in life that they have earned, by eliminating our last consumption tax. The increase in demand will also spur more production, thus more jobs will be made, which is also helpful to younger workers. Third we shall make our nation stronger, by placing a greater emphasis on Geraja (and on Lutheranism, for the non-followers of Geraja). |

Message | OVP only concurs to Art.05. May be adjusted to be lower. If this would be approved, then we must eliminate Art.01, which is not in conjunction with Art.05. We still hold our position on luxury goods (Art.03). Though, we may settle if we lower it from 5% to 2-3% We find the rest to be too biased. |
