This bill represents the verdict to the investigation of the TNP Security Division which was found to be illegal, and on which I will inform you later.

So, therefore, we ask from the Parliament to declare the following verdict on the TNP:

MessageI will quote my previously said words:
"The TBC wasn't authorized to officially conduct the research, that bill explicitly states:
"This proposed investigation would be led by Justin Griffith of the Democratic Capitalist Delegation with Jan Rubenstein of the Radical Party as a secondary leader, while Vojislav Krkljus of the Rightful Radical Party and Leonard Nozick Jr. of the Telamon Minarchist Party would serve as unbiased 3rd party counsel."
The TBC isn't mentioned. I will point out my seeing of this:
- The Parliament brought the bill to law.
- The TNP made a protest march. Explanations were told that their militia has done nothing wrong and actually helps the police. But it isn't controlled by the state, it is controlled by the TNP. If they just want to help the police, than they ought to join the police, get a wage and a chance to be the police. The whole "protest march" showed a great disrespect of laws, and must be treated as such.
- There were also explanations that the TNP Paramilitary formation protects the members of the TNP "from the opposing parties". Last time I looked, Telamon was a democratic nation, where other party voters have coexisted in peace for a long time. Debunked.
- Therefore, the TNP disobeyed the laws of the Republic of Telamon, and should be treated the same way other law-barkers are. "

MessageStefan could not even be bothered to pass on the law in force, the law quoted here is an earlier version. The law currently in force which was passed by the DCD can be found at: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=200905

The law has not been broken at all, as the Nationalist Security Division/Firm is independent from the TNP and offers their services to our party as they are a Business that supports Nationalism.

The Security Firm is run by General Phillip Roberts and he holds no official position within the TNP and does not take any orders from the TNP.

The Telamon National Party have always suffered attacks from far left and anti Nationalist groups and for them reasons we have had to use the services of security firms to protect our people. We can now always rely on the services of the police who have limited resources and are busy dealing with the general policing of the state.

As for the march it was the Security Division that held the march and it was an unarmed march which is well within the rights of the citizens of this country to do.

As for TBC not being able to investigate things, I am afraid that has something to do with a thing called Freedom of the Press Mr Barna.

The TBC investigation showed that the Security Division is a registered Business therefore not a part of the TNP and the details of the registration where:

MessageWe would ask parties not in existence at the time of the alleged offense to abstain on the issue, as they are more prone to vote in a partisan manner rather than in conjunction with the evidence.

MessageAll parties in the current parliament have full right to vote on any bill put before it. If the DCD is really bothered about partisan bias then they would have dealt with this issue at the time instead of being the cowards they are and passing the book to someone else 57 years later.

Bringing this issue up 57 years later shows how pathetic this move is by the RRP and we are sad to see them go ahead with this.

MessageThe issue remains pertinent so long as the TNP operates the TNP Security Division. The TNP, which is directly associated with the division, is in direct violation of the formal paramilitary ban. All the name calling and temperamental fussing cannot hide the fact that the TNP is breaking the law, and it is hiding behind its political allies to get away with it.
