Bill: Lodamun Crisis!
Details
Submitted by[?]: Telamon National Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2656
Description[?]:
We are now highly concerned with Lodamun since they have held their elections and the URP are now the preisdent and largest party and also the Government of Greater Likatonia are the 2nd largest party giving the anti-Telamon faction in parliament. We therefore propose in this bill to: 1) Place trade and travel sanctions upon Lodamun. 2) Grant the power to the Defence Minister to carry out a naval blockade of their waters. |

Message | Er, what? We are going to blockade another nation? Thats insane, lets not actually start a war. By all means defend our own waters, but it i completely rediculous to suggest we should actually start threatening another nation. |

Message | This bill will only grant the Defence Minister the power to do it, we will only do it if they attempt to attack us. As it will take time to be able to declare war via a bill, so this will allow our Defence Forces to hold back the Military offensive untill we are able to declare a state of war. The best form of defence is offence. Mark Finnan, Defence Minister. |

Message | Any incursions into Lodamese waters will result in the prompt destruction of your navy. Are you aware of Lodamese naval power? |
