Voting deadline: July 2121

Description[?]:

In an attempt to improve standards of education and training, and to assist in the smooth transition from full-time school students to adults with conscious responsibility for the continual development of their skills and education, it is resolved to raise the age until which all citizens must receive education. However, beyond the age of 14, such education may be entirely vocational (at the student's discretion), and beyond the age of 16 it may be part-time, accompanying work within the Soviets.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.

Random quote: Henceforth, the current system of first and second class stamps, where the rich can pay to have their mail delivered faster than the poor, shall be BANNED. There shall be only one class of mail delivery, and ALL mail shall travel at the SAME speed for EVERYBODY. There can be no class discrimination in the People's Post Office! There must be the SAME class of mail service FOR ALL! ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
