Message | We feel that the current system allows for what is proposed in regards to better designs but also allows the Government to compete and get already established weaponry at a better rate. Also in times of emergency it is best that the Government can produce its own weapons rather than rely on a Private market. Mark Finnan, Defence Minister. |
