Old value:: The nation does not impose any tariffs or quotas on imports.
Current: The nation allows for imports, but imposes "ethical" tariffs on nations with lower environmental and labour rights standards.
Proposed: The nation imposes reciprocal tariffs on imports, with no tariffs imposed on states which impose no tariffs on our exports.

Message | I agree with Article 2 completely. This paves the way for a freer society the world over. Article 1, however, does not. It does not make provision for more humanist motives to emmigration for foreigners. It may be that there are non-skilled foreign citizens who are decendents of Zardugal citizens. What about them? Since you have put this straight forward to voting, I must decline to vote yes on this. |
