MessageIndeed Miss Edie. I do agree that the railways are much better left in private hands. However the Railways Act 2657 still allows private TOCs to co-exist with the national TOC. The national TOC will not monopolise the railways, instead they exist to offer cheap travel in major cities in Rutania, such as Port Nelson.
