The Jelbanian Assembly hereby declares the title of Governor General to be hereditary along the Kennedy line. The Jelbanian Assembly hereby requires the Governor General to submit to the powers of the Jelbanian and Deltarian Legislative Branches and to the Deltarian-Jelbanian Monarchy. |
