| I. Government Reform The Lodamese Advocate will be equal in standing to the Likatonian Advocate in \\\"Greater Likatonia\\\" II. Military The Lodamese military and Likatonian military shall be united, however all forces in Lodamun will be commanded by the Lodamese Advocate and controlled by the Lodamese Minister of Defense. Lodamese forces deployed to Likatonian territory will be commanded and controlled by Likatonian authorities according to their own constitution. In the event of invasion or other general emergency, the Lodamese advocate may waive his rights and place the Lodamese military under direct Lodamese control for a specified amount of time. Operations outside Greater Likatonia will be led by Likatonia, but the Lodamese Senate reserves the right to conduct independent operations III. Economy Lodamun will retain its own currency unpegged to the Likatonian currency. Lodamun will continue to control all laws over which it currently has authority and fund them through its own tax system and budget. IV. Foreign Policy Lodamun will operate its own Foreign Policy, however it will defer to Likatonian foreign policies when possible and will not undercut Likatonian policies in any way. Lodamun will operate its own embassies and consulates abroad, but Likatonians will recieve the same services and protections as Lodamese residents. V. Citizenship All current Lodamese citizens shall recieve Likatonian citizenship and protection, but will not vote in Likatonian elections unless they recieve Likatonian residency. Current Likatonian citizens can migrate to Lodamun and vote in Lodamese elections if they\'ve resided in Lodamun for at least one year. VI. Lodamese Independence in the Future Lodamun reserves the right to restore its full independence by restoring its name \"United Republics of Lodamun.\" Likatonia will not use military force to avert this process and recognizes the right of the Lodamese Senate to reassert its sovereignty. |
