| Message | We\'d still have over 86 billion dollars in surplus in our nation and from what I\'ve noticed, the surplus we recieve gains about a billion or two a year so possibly within a decade we can see a profit from this down the road. We beed to put some more focus on our defense and science/technology scene in our nation. That 10 billion dollars can research into new technology for our military and citizens. Investments could be placed into civil defense in our infrastructure, creating a more flexible military, making a more minded society about science, and lead the world in technology heading into the next century. |
