Message\"We still believe there should be a minimum wage.\"
A philanthropic endeavor, for sure. But a minimum wage, much less a living wage, makes a country uncompetitive in the world market. Not to mention, if a company only pays half of what it used to pay it can hire more people. Thus, jobs are created. The abolition of a minimum wage creates jobs, and makes a country more competitive. So what if the lower class may not be able to afford luxuries?

MessageIt\'s not about letting the lower class being able to afford luxuries. It\'s about letting the lower class being able to afford necessities.

MessageWhy would someone work at a job that doesn\'t give them necessities? If an employer doesn\'t pay a reasonable amount they don\'t get employees, that is how the market regulates itself GPA.

MessageBut the market doesn\'t work like that! People take jobs at sweatshops and low-paying factories all the time, because they NEED a job so they can buy neccessities!
