| WHEREAS Aloria is currently being split in half with the west as \"Loyal Aloria\" and the east as \"Free Aloria\", the reunification of the nation will begin as of the passage of this bill. WHEREAS Free Aloria is controled by the Alorian government, and Loyal Aloria is controlled by New World Order/Industrial Party members all person involved in the conflict -- civilian, soldier or any other -- will be absolved criminally of all crimes committed during the conflict. WHEREAS Port Aloria and all other provinces and municipalities seized will be restored to their previous conflict/internal war situations. Democracy and free and fair elections in all regions will be reinstated immediately. |
