Bill: COM Return Vote of No Confidence
Details
Submitted by[?]: Conservative Ordo Malleus (COM)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2661
Description[?]:
The ability for Parliament to issue a vote of no confidence in the existing government is a necessary component of our parliamentary system. This bill does not issue a vote of no confidence in the existing government. But, if passed it grants that right to Parliament. ((OOC: As some of you may know, the vote of no confidence is a staple of the British Parliamentary System. The BPS, in one form or another, is the most common form of government on the planet. Everyone using the BPS has the vote of no confidence. In Particracy the way to do a vote of no confidence is by proposing a new cabinet. So, I am asking that we allow every party the right to propose a cabinet. That doesn\'t mean new cabinets will be approved and it doesn\'t equal an influx of new cabinet proposals. It just provides the capability. Please vote in favor of this bill. This bill is not supporting or opposing the existing in game government or cabinet.)) |
