This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

However, for future reference, we usually require the Ministry of Science and Technology.

And the custom in Jakania has usually been in the past to give HoG to the largest party, seat-wise.
