With the current average of the surplus growth we will yet again see a profit. |

| Message | Same as the last budget proposal, we will see a profit from investing in these key ministries. Our national surplus has grown 10 billion dollars in just 2 1/2 years, remarkable. Our spending may increase but profit will come out of this. |
