MessageThis law will cut down on cases of poor parenting and child neglect. As stated in a previous debate, we can\'t allow unstable parents to get away free when someone could\'ve been done to stop it. Look really good into this chairmans, this is the most logical, and reasonable step we can take to stop those cases.

MessageWe originally supported this, but we have looked over the law and will vote against. We assumed this law was related to adoption, but it is in fact having to do with a parent\'s biological child. There\'s no need to have tests and have watches on parents for their biological children.

MessageWe don\'t seek to punish people who failed but we just want to seek out unfit parents right away instead of waiting to do anything. The majority of the parents in the nation are fit but there are cases of neglect we need to seek out.
