MessageThis bill will espouse a greater choice for the Alorian people in their morals than before the Populist\'s plans for morally conservative plans came to partial fruition, and the Socialist\'s and Communist\'s plans to espouse morally liberal plans to be instituted.

What we need is a populous who\'s morals are free from the grimy grasp of goverment!
