MessageThe Greens and the PAP share the idea of secularisation of government. But the approaches we take are completely different. Whilst the PAP proposes to infringe the freedom of expression and religion by individuals and groups of individuals, the Greens support minimising government intervention in those matters. By proposing to give the state the power to tell Aldegarians what to think, say and do, the PAP has ironically increased government intervention in religious matters, therefore betraying the very fundamental argument of secularism - that is to separate government and religion.
