| Do to the dissolution of the NPP and the overall decline of the use of the Norman languages we feel it prudent to downgrade it as it no longer plays a role in national politics. Therefore with the passing of this bill the Norman language will be downgraded from an official language status to recognized language status. |

Also, the Sørna are descendants of a proto-Nordic group that itself gave spawn to Kazulians, so they are\'nt Kazulians, rather they are a related ethno-cultural group. The Sørna primarily speak English (as it\'s a Germanic language) and an indiginous language that\'s a mixture of Finnish and and Norwegian. |
