ToDebating the Enforcement of Industrial Pollution Guidelines Act
MessageThe government has pollution guidelines, but does not actively enforce them. This bill seeks to enforce moderate pollution controls to protect the environment without damaging corporate profits. This could be as simple as changing to a renewable energy source and using recycled water or paying another to off-set the environmental damage.
