Critical resources, such as Key Infrastructure and Social Services, should take up much of the responsibilities of the government as this is thought as its major role, we have always maintained that the enormousness of this role however mandates that we should not forget and should welcome all practical private initiatives that would lighten this great burden by helping in other non-critical areas. |
